Whether you want to take part in our semi structured session or just do your own thing our adult gymnastics session is suitable for everyone! Our semi structured session includes a coach led warm up followed by focusing on a skill or apparatus to help teach you the basics. You will then finish with some free time so you able to work on your own personal goals/achievements. The coaches are still around to help for help & guidance if you need it. On the other hand if you are experienced with gymnastics and just want to come and do your own thing that is fine too! The coaches will be around for help if you need it! You must be 16yrs+ to take part in this session. *When booking, you will need to add yourself as if you are the child, it will save your details so you won't have to do this every time. Ignore the DOB fields too.*
Camp notes
By your third session you will need to have registered yourself onto British Gymnastics and pay for membership. You will not be able to attend any further sessions without this.
Booking required, if you do not wish to pay the platform fee, you can call the centre to pay over the phone or pay when you arrive.
